My life so far this week

I am 21 with an 8 month old on my own for the next 6 months. I have a wonderful husband who is deployed right now. We are both active duty so I know how these things work and should be used to it by now. It's different when it's your husband overseas rather that sympathizing with someone else. Our best friend was deployed last year and his wife was at our house all the time. We were there for her as much as we could be but our daughter was just born. Now that I am in her position this year it outs things into a whole new perspective. I see exactly where she was coming from with her sadness she had. I am really trying to look at all of the positives of this situation as much as I can but all in all it is an unfavorable situation. On the bright side 6 months away from my husband can only make the special bond we have even stronger.
